RREEF have secured the sale of a 10,000 sq ft trade counter area at Trade Park, Doncaster.
Doncaster-based Artisan Spas will relocate its UK operation to the site on Wheatley Hall Road, just north of central Doncaster.
Trade Park, which is part of RREEF and SladenAston Development’s 20-acre mixed use Quest Park scheme, will offer units totalling 20,000 sq ft.
Quest Park will also offer offices and industrial units.
