Deutsche Bank property arm RREEF has sold 1 City Place, next to London’s Gatwick Airport, to Legal & General Property for £39m (€47.2m).
The 130,783 (12,150 m2) building was completed in 2002.
Legal & General has simultaneously accepted the surrender of the lease by tenant BT and re-let the building to Nestlé UK for 20 years.
