Ireland’s national broadcaster RTE could get more than €75m from the sale of an 8.64 acre site, part of its Donnybrooke campus.
Savills is handling the Project Montrose sale, which is due to launch today.
The sale includes a feasibility study for housing designed by leading architect firm O’Mahony Pike Architects.
