Rugby Estates has exchanged contacts to buy a portfolio of longleasehold properties in Mayfair and Belgravia from the Duke ofWestminster’s Grosvenor Estate Holdings. The deal has been struck at a price of £60.15m.
The portfolio of office space in 32 buildings was put on the market last November.
The Mayfair properties are in Mount Street and Grosvenor Street, while the main Belgravia properties are in Grosvenor Crescent and Eaton Gate. The portfolio generates an annual revenue of just under£3.9m.
