Open-market operating giant Wendy Fair has launched a High Court action, which it hopes will preserve its rights to run the Market Square at St Neots.
In a claim issued at Londons High Court and just made publicly available, Wendy Fair Markets is suing Cambridgeshire County Council and Huntingdonshire County Council.
Wendy Fair, of High Street, Ruislip, is seeking a court order to protect its market rights over the market in Market Square, St Neots, according to its High Court claim. No other details are given.
