Rumford Investments has signed Barclays Bank for 7,923 sq ft at its
Barclays and subsidiary Barclays Wealth will occupy the 11th floor of the 150,000 sq ft Unity tower, where the most recent rent achieved was £22 per sq ft.
Barclays joins stockbroker Panmure Gordon, accountant Ernst &Young, architect Broadway Malyan and the Bank of Ireland at the tower.
Around 20% of the building remains vacant following completion a year ago.
