Russell Yam has been appointed head of Drivers Jonas’s retail team and landlord and tenant unit in London.
He will be responsible for rent reviews, shop lease renewals, restaurants, wine bars and supermarkets and will deal with existing clients including The Crown Estate, City Corporation, Land Securities, City and West End and Christ’s Hospital.
Yam was previously associate director at Gross Fine. “We want to build and strengthen our position in
this market,” said Yam.
