Austrian investor S IMMO has purchased an office property in Berlin’s Neukölln district.
The site comprises 12,000 m2 over two wings and is located on Sonnenallee, about 15 minutes from Berlin’s city centre.
Built in 1917, the listed property underwent refurbishment in 1994 and was expanded by an additional building.
Chairman of S IMMO’s management board, Ernst Vejdovszky, said: “We purchased this building in Berlin in line with our goal of strategically taking advantage of real estate cycles. We are confident that together with our local team we will be able to fully realise the high potential of this property.”
