Sabadell buys three office buildings

Spanish bank Sabadell has entered the property market by purchasing three office buildings in Barcelona for a total of €21.6m (Pts3.650bn).

The deals were carried out by Sabadells sister property company Banc Sabadell Inversions i Promocions (BIPSA). El Banco Sabadell is looking for a yield of around 6%. The banks is also looking to promote homes in Catalonia, having purchased 50,000m2 of land; an investment of €53m (Pts9bn).
