Safestore Holdings has increased like-for-like revenue by 10.8% for the period 1 August to 31 October.
The self-storage company increased revenue by 11.6% in the UK and 8.5% in Paris, while new lets in the UK increased by 7.9% in the quarter, 18.6% for the full year.
Safestore agreed a 20-year lease extension with a 12-month rent-free period at its Warrington site and also extended the leases on six stores.
Despite closing branches in Whitechapel and New Malden, occupancy grew by 76,000 sq ft, and overall UK closing occupancy increased by 3.6%.
New stores are in the pipeline for the coming year in Chiswick and Wandsworth, London, and the company has secured planning permission for a Birmingham branch.
