Italian eyewear company Safilo UK is the first tenant to sign up at the recently refurbished Savoy Hill House, WC2.
The firm has agreed to take 3,190 sq ft on the ground floor of 7-10 Savoy Hill on a 10-year lease. It is paying £42.50 per sq ft.
Safilo is moving from 2,648 sq ft offices at Holborn Hall, WC1.
EA Shaw advised the landlord, Institution of Engineering and Technology; Cushman & Wakefield acted for the tenant.
