Sainsbury’s and Cineworld sign at Hinckley’s The Crescent

 

Wilson Bowden Developments and Centenary Ashcroft have secured Sainsbury’s and Cineworld to anchor its £80m The Crescent in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

 

The 270,000 sq ft  mixed-use scheme will comprise shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, offices and car parking in addition to the supermarket and cinema.

 

A planning application for the scheme, designed by t p bennett + ENGLE, was submitted to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council in September.

 

Strutt & Parker and Lambert Smith Hampton advised the partnership; Croma Properties advised Sainsbury’s; Wareing & Partners advised Cineworld.

 

Wilson Bowden and Centenary Ashcroft are working on the scheme through the Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership.
