Sainsbury’s is on the hunt for development partners after securing consent for a 78,000 sq ft supermarket and 463-home scheme in Fulham Wharf, SW6, and submitting plans for the redevelopment of its store at Nine Elms, SW8.
The Nine Elms proposal is for an 80,000 sq ft supermarket, 742 homes, plus shops, offices and potentially a new Tube station.
