Supermarket giant Sainsbury’s has teamed up with
The partners have signed a development agreement to bring forward a mixed-use scheme anchored by a Sainsbury’s store and includes restaurants, shops, leisure and residential units.
The project neighbours the Howard Town Mill scheme which includes the redevelopment of a former cotton mill into 56 flats, offices and shops to be completed later this year.
A planning application for the scheme will be submitted to High Peak Borough Council over the coming months.
