Scottish Provident Institution have sold the 39,000-sq ft 206-228 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, to Royal Insurance Group for about £9m.
The office building forms part of Scottish Provident’s 73,500-sq ft development of the site and is due to be completed later this year.
In March last year, the building was prelet to Royal Insurance Group at a rent equating to about £10 per sq ft. The scheme’s remaining 34,850 sq ft is still available for occupation.
