Allied Carpets, General George and Weaver & Black brands have been rescued out of administration.
Duff & Phelps was appointed administrator to Allied Floors, which owns the three brands.
The business and certain assets, including nine stores, have been sold to General George, which is part of the Floors-2-Go Group.
