One of Britain’s biggest holiday rental agencies has attracted private equity interest after being put up for sale with an estimated asking price of more than £300 million.
Sykes Holiday Cottages has more than 14,000 properties across the UK and Ireland on its website and in April took its first international step by investing in Bachcare, which manages more than 2,000 properties in New Zealand.
