The Elms Lawn Tennis Club in Stanmore, Middlesex, sits on a 0.8-acre site comprising a detached timber frame building, outbuildings, three full-size tennis courts, four junior tennis courts and a car park with 15 spaces. It is leased to the Elms Group until 2026 at a rent of £10,868 pa.
The sale takes place at the Cumberland hotel, W1, on 20 July.
