A 491-home private rental residential development in Salford, Greater Manchester, has been put up for sale by Renaker Build.
Wilburn Basin, owned by Renaker’s WB Developments vehicle, is expected to attract bids of up to £120m.
Renaker will build the scheme, which secured planning consent this year, and the purchaser will take control of the rental flats upon completion.
The plans include four purpose-built PRS blocks as well as a gym, cinema and a concierge service. Phase one is to complete in September 2016, phase two in early 2017.
CBRE is advising Renaker.
