Buy-to-let landlord Knight Knox International has launched plans for a £75m residential scheme in Salford.
Known as Adelphi Wharf, the project will contain 580 flats and townhouses and provide a riverside walkway to offer access to the waterfront.
The project, on Adelphi Street on the River Irwell, will be completed over three phases, with the first 450,000 sq ft phase completing in August 2016, and developed by Fortis Developments.
