Salmon Harvester Properties and NFU Mutual are looking for a prelet for a £100m office campus in Windsor, Berkshire.
The pair are working up plans for four office blocks totaling 274,000 sq ft (pictured) on the site of Imperial House, which they bought from Europa Capital for £15m this week.
The site was previously occupied by Intercontinental Hotels, but is now vacant.
Savills advised the vendor, Jones Lang LaSalle advised the purchaser.
