Salmon Harvester Properties and Rock Care Partnership have submitted a planning application to Wycombe District Council for a £40m supported living development in near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.
Salmon Harvester and Rock Care Partnership bought the 23 acre site earlier this year, as revealed by Estates Gazette in June.
The Village project will include 115 supported living units, 24 care suites and 30 dementia suites.
Construction is expected to begin in 2014.
