Salmon Harvester plans retail warehouse scheme in Plymouth

Salmon Harvester is planning a 6,038 sq m (65,000 sq ft) retail warehouse scheme on a recently acquired 1.2ha (5.3 acre) site in Plymouth.

It has just paid £5.13m for the former Western Bus Depot site on Laira Bridge Road and is working up a planning application for a retail scheme.

Chris Oliver of Salmon Harvester said: “This is the best site in Plymouth for a mixed use retail scheme. It will rival Marsh Mills for prominence and accessibility and this will be demonstrated by the excellent level of interest that we have already received.” The site has consent for 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft).

Mason Drage acted for Salmon and has been appointed letting agent. Chesterton acted for the vendor First Bus.
