Shipping managers and brokers Fred Olsen have taken 20,000 sq ft on the fourth floor of Victoria Plaza from Salomon Brothers.
The rent is £21 per sq ft and the lease is the standard 25-year one, with mutual five-yearly break clauses. Olsen originally negotiated the deal directly with Greycoat, the developers of Victoria Plaza, but subsequently clinched it with Salomon.
Savills advised Salomon, while Greycoat were represented by Teacher Marks and Jones Lang Wootton. Olsen, who were advised by Thomas Deal & Partners, will be moving from their existing offices in Blackfriars House, New Bridge Street, EC4, and Conduit Street, W1.
