Sama submits plans for Brum homes

Sama Investment Group has submitted plans for a 31-home scheme on the edge of Birmingham city centre. Located to the north of the Balti Triangle, the proposals would see the transformation of a vacant brownfield site into a new residential community on the corner of Highgate Road, Ladypool Road and Stratford Road. The development, which includes rooftop gardens for the residents, has been designed by ADG Architects. Alongside new homes, the project, known as the Ladypool Road development, could provide opportunities for independent shops, cafes, or restaurants as part of a vibrant and active street level. Bilal Ahmed, executive chairman and founder of Sama Investments, said: “Ladypool Road could form a key part of our exciting development pipeline for 2025 as we continue to deliver high-quality places for people to live. This is another example of our ambition to deliver for the city.”
