Sanctuary Group has acquired a 60-bed care home development on the Shiregreen estate in Sheffield.
The company, which owns a number of UK care homes, is thought to have paid up to £5m to West Yorkshire-based developer LNT Group for the Park View home.
LNT Group was represented by Christie + Co, which also introduced the purchaser to the scheme.
