Sanderson Weatherall has acquired Birmingham-based PNF Chartered Surveyors to bolster its existing network of nine UK offices.
The acquisition enables the £14m turnover firm to further implement its nationwide growth strategy across 10 offices. The value of the acquisition was undisclosed.
PNF has been immediately rebranded Sanderson Weatherall. PNF owner Peter Fowles, who set up the Birmingham office of Sanderson Weatherall predecessor Weatherall Green & Smith in 1992, join as partner and head of office. The firm wants to expand the Birmingham team with further appointments.
Sanderson Weatherall employs around 200 people in the UK. The company has offices in Newcastle, Bristol, Teesside, Darlington, York, Leeds, Manchester, Exeter and London.
Sanderson Weatherall finance director, Martin Archer, said: “This is an important strategic acquisition for the firm as it means we now have offices in all key regions.”
Fowles added: “Sanderson Weatherall has ambitious plans for the Midlands which will see the firm quickly establish its brand throughout the region.”
