Sara Lee Coffee & Tea, has signed a 10-year lease on 10,000 sq ft of office space at Horizon in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The food and drinks manufacturer is relocating its head office from Slough to the Hurely-based building, owned by Commercial Estates Group.
Rents at the site are understood to be £22.50 per sq ft.
There is an option to break from the lease in September 2016.
