Saudi to sell Salesforce skyscraper stake to States

A Saudi prince is close to selling his stake in the Salesforce Tower to an American investor for about £195m.

Prince Abdul Aziz bin Fahd is in talks to sell his 25% stake in 110 Bishopsgate to New York-based Madison International Realty.
