Industrial developer Saville Gordon Estates has sold five properties from its portfolio for a total of £8m, to various local, unlimited companies.
The properties are: a 104 sq m (1,119 sq ft) industrial unit at 24 St Mary’s Road, Plaistow, Essex; the whole of the 9,104 sq m (97,998 sq. ft) Greycaines Industrial Estate, Watford; a 344 sq m (3,703 sq ft) single retail unit at Queens Road, Hastings; a 3,251 sq m (34,995 sq ft) industrial unit at Davy Way, Llay near Wrexham and the 1,434 sq m (15,436 sq ft) Hampshire House at Kingswinford, Birmingham
Saville Gordon chief executive Roger Carey said: “We monitor the performance of our property portfolio constantly and these sales reflect this ongoing process. We are delighted with the surplus over book value that these sales have achieved.”
