Saville Gordon has let over 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) at three industrial sites across the country.
Reality Group, part of Great Universal Stores, has taken 4,058 sq m (43,682 sq ft) at the Hartlebury Trading Estate on an all-inclusive six month lease, with a rent of £220,000 pa or £54 per sq m (£5.03 per sq ft).
Two other lettings come from existing tenants expanding.
Sheffield Insulations has taken a 3,706 sq m (39,900 sq ft) unit at Peels Mills in Bury, Lancashire. The company took a 25-year lease at the unit for £144,138 pa or £38.75 per sq m (£3.61 per sq ft).
A 2,063 sq m (22,312 sq ft) unit at Saville Gordon’s Walmer Way industrial estate in Solihull has been let to the WHSmith subsidiary, Worldwide Magazine Distribution. The company took a 10-year lease at £80,000 pa, representing a rent of £38.70 per sq m (£3.60 per sq ft).
