Savills has acquired London-based consultancy and design studio KKS.
The acquisition will create a new workplace consultancy service in the occupier services, landlord leasing, mixed-use development and building and project management sectors.
KKS chief executive Caroline Pontifex will assume the role of head of workplace director following the acquisition.
