Savills adds to heritage and townscape team

Savills has recruited Henry Ryde as a director in its heritage and townscape team.

Ryde joins from JLL. He has worked as an associate director in heritage planning and development for the past five years.

He has more than a decade of experience advising on the redevelopment of the historic built environment and property disposals and acquisitions.

Ryde has worked with private clients, investors and solicitors and was the lead heritage and townscape consultant for Berkeley, securing consent for 1,200 homes at The Eight Gardens, with further projects from Costco and Chancerygate.
