Savills and OBI tasked with filling up Manchester Northern Quarter office

Investor Rias Landmark has appointed Savills and OBI to find tenants for its offices at Landmark, 78-88 High Street, in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

The office element of the scheme offers three floors of workspace, two measuring 1,430 sq ft and 1,688 sq ft available as Cat A alongside a 2,704 sq ft fully fitted and fully furnished space on the second floor. Quoting rents in the building are between £25 and £30 per sq ft, depending on the fit-out.

The property features exposed brick walls and wooden beams, and amenities on site include an independent brunch and coffee company on the ground floor and a private roof terrace on the fourth floor.

Oliver Luckman, surveyor in Savills’ Manchester office agency team, said: “The space features flexible and good-quality floorplates promoting personalisation, flexibility and business agility. With a focus on technology and wellbeing, the space is ideal for creativity to flourish.”
