Savills Auctions has announced the catalogue for its July sale, which it says is one of the biggest it has featured over the last few years.
The mixed-use catalogue for the sale, to be held on 18 July, features over 220 residential, commercial and development opportunities across the UK.
Savills has raised £260m from 750 property lots via its live-streamed auctions during the first half of 2023, 25% up year-on-year for the same period last year.
Residential highlights coming up in the sale include: a five-bedroom detached house in Hertfordshire within one acre of landscaped grounds with a guide price of £3,000,000 (pictured); a five-bedroom house in Oxshott, Surrey, set in a 0.32 acre plot with a guide price of £1,600,000; and a Grade II listed property in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, with 19 bedrooms over three buildings, on a site of approximately 8.93 acres, guide price £1,100,000.
Commercial, development and mixed-use highlights include: a multi let industrial estate of approximately 5.22 acres located in the town of Tetbury with a guide price of £4,000,000; an office investment in Islington, London, N1, currently producing £196,573 pa, together with seven vacant office units with deemed consent for residential conversion, guide price £3,800,000; and a freehold serviced office investment and future development opportunity in Stratford, London, E15, currently producing a gross income of approximately £321,460 pa, with a guide price of £3,100,000.
Savills Auctions director Gary Murphy described the July auction as having a “bumper catalogue”, adding that it featured 20 lots guided over £1m and 50 lots over £500,000.
Savills has seven remaining auctions in 2023.
