Savills bolsters London planning team

Savills has strengthened its London planning division with the appointment of Bhakti Depala as director.

Depala, a chartered town planner, will be based in the firm’s Margaret Street office. She joins Savills from City of London Corporation where she most recently served as assistant director of the City Development and Investment Unit.

In her new role, Depala’s primary focus will be to help grow Savills’ planning business, particularly in Central London and among the key clients who operate in that market.

David Jackson, head of planning at Savills, said: “The City, of course, is a unique and exciting marketplace and Bhakti’s expertise will no doubt further assist our clients navigate their projects to a successful outcome.”
