Dan Dempsey has jointed CBRE in Southampton as a surveyor after three years with Savills.
Dempsey has been appointed to undertake valuations of commercial and residential properties for CBRE’s south central valuation team.
Stephen Whitworth, head of CBRE’s regional valuation team, said: “Dempsey’s specialist expertise in the leisure sector, together with his excellent local knowledge and contacts, will be a great benefit to the business.”
