Savills Auctions has appointed George Goucher as an associate as it expands its development and commercial auctions team.
He will work with Nicholson Boyd to grow the development and commercial stock within the auctions catalogue.
Goucher joins from Acuitus, where he spent three years as an investment surveyor, advising and managing the sales of commercial assets.
The team expansion follows a successful year for Savills Auctions, which included the sale of several high-profile development and commercial properties.

We ended 2021 in a strong position, and in order to meet client needs it is our intention that team growth will form a central part of our plans this year.”
