Savills has bolstered its Oxford team with the appointment of Lucas McEvoy as senior project manager.
McEvoy joins from Aecom where he advised on projects in the science and higher education sectors.
In his new role, McEvoy will continue to provide specialised support to developers and occupiers within these sectors at Savills. He will work closely with Emily Slupek, who’s joined last year as a director to lead the team.
Simon Collett, head of building and project consultancy at Savills, said: “The Oxford science, tech and education sector is an important market for us and the hire of Lucas further strengthens our offering to clients.”
