Savills has appointed Jonathan Smith as director in its portfolio valuations team.
Smith joins from CBRE where he was senior director in the investment valuations department. He has more than 22 years of experience in leading complex valuations instructions across all sectors of the UK property markets for private companies, institutional pension funds and REITs.
In his new role, Smith will focus on opportunities to grow the consultancy’s portfolio valuation service line by leveraging his expertise across capital and occupational markets.
Nick Harris, head of UK and cross border valuation at Savills, said: “Jonathan’s experience in advising on large complex mandates will help strengthen our portfolio valuations function as we look to expand and continue to support our national and international client base.”
