Savills’ long-running search for a new City home is set to end with a short walk across Finsbury Circus.
The agent is under offer at Union Investments’ Finsbury Circus House, EC2, having agreed a 15-year lease at a rent in the mid-£50s per sq ft on the first floor.
The firm will leave its existing City base at 25 Finsbury Circus after almost a quarter of a century.
Finsbury Circus House has dual frontages on Finsbury Circus and South Place.
Core completed a refurbishment of the building behind its neo-classical facades last summer and most of the 145,000 sq ft of office space has now been let to tenants, including First State Investments, Workday and the Baird Group.
Savills is joint letting agent on the building with Cushman & Wakefield.
