Savills has expanded its residential lettings team in Edinburgh.
The consultancy has hired Sophie Strand to lead the team, while Cass Hogg and Tiffany Rigg have been named as property manager and associate, respectively.
Strand brings more than a decade of experience in Edinburgh’s lettings sector, having most recently served as director of business development at Belvoir.
By working closely with colleagues in sales and new-build consultancy, the newly created team will be tasked with fostering relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Strand said: “Edinburgh’s rental sector is undergoing legislative changes, presenting both opportunities and challenges for landlords. Navigating this evolving landscape requires strategic decision-making, and we are expanding our team to ensure clients receive the expert guidance and support they need.
