Savills Capital Advisors has hired Jan Crosby, KPMG’s former head of real estate M&A, to lead its corporate finance division.
Crosby has left the “big 4” accountancy firm after almost three decades, during which his other roles included head of infrastructure, building and construction in the UK.
SCA, led by Joe Guilfoyle and Andrew McMurdo, offers joint venture and equity structuring, capital raising, restructuring, corporate finance, M&A and debt advisory services. Recent deals include advising Landsec on its purchase of a 75% stake in MediaCityUK and working with Blackstone on its acquisition of the iQ student housing portfolio.
