Savills has appointed Richard Osborne-Young to its prime London residential development team.
Edward Lewis, Savills head of London residential development sales, said: “Richard has unique qualifications having served both developer-side with Northacre PLC and agency-side in the residential market and is a strong addition to our team.
“He was part of the development team, with Savills acting as agent, on major schemes such as Observatory Gardens, Earls Terrace, The Bromptons, The Phillimores, Kings Chelsea and The Lancasters.”
