Savills Investment Management has appointed Eleanor McMillan as investment director in its residential team.
McMillan has worked at Savills for eight years as a residential investment and development director in the operational capital markets team.
She joins Savills IM, reporting to head of strategic partnerships Jon Crossfield, as part of a drive to expand its investment into living assets.
Alex Jeffrey, global chief executive at Savills IM, said: “The living sector in all its forms is fast becoming an investment destination of choice for many institutional clients. It is an area in which we have been active for some years across Europe and Asia, and Eleanor’s appointment as a senior member of our team is a key step towards further expanding this.”
