Savills has been appointed as joint leasing agent with JLL at MEPC’s Wellington Place in Leeds.
The development spans 14 plots including office, retail, leisure, hotel and residential use and will total 1.5m sq ft when complete.
Last year, the Government Property Unit agreed a 25-year prelet on 378,000 sq ft at Wellington Place and will move in in 2020.
Five office buildings totalling 485,000 sq ft have so far completed, with the most recent – the 115,800 sq ft 3 Wellington Place – now available to let.
