Savills names investment strategy boss for Cambridge

Savills has strengthened its team in Cambridge, with Henry Godsal charged with leading the investment strategy and asset management team.

Godsal joins from Fineman Ross where he was an equity partner for 21 years, advising clients on investment strategy, acquisitions and disposals, and development funding. Prior to that, he worked at Matthews & Goodman and Gerald Eve.

In his new role, Godsal will work closely with the wider Savills investment strategy and asset management team as well as the national investment team, providing strategic investment advice to  education sector and corporate clients across the Cambridge region.

Richard Rees, managing director at Savills UK, said: “Henry’s experience will help us further grow our Cambridge College work and our business as a whole in the region.”
