The land off Powder Mill Lane, close to Dartford Central Park, is also the subject of a lapsed planning consent for 52 homes. It is being offered with a guide price of £1.25m.
The land is one of 172 lots due to be auctioned by Savills on 23 September at The Marriott, Grosvenor Square, W1.
