Savills offers 210 mixed-use lots in November catalogue

Savills Auctions has announced the catalogue for its next sale on 1 November, with more than 210 mixed-use lots .

The agent raised more than £120m over three sales since the start of September – almost twice as much as during the same period last year. To date, it has raised more than £430m via its live-streamed auctions this year, selling some 1,250 lots – a 50% increase on this time last year.

Highlights from the catalogue include:

  • Lot 521 – Grants Lock, Banbury – a historic lock cottage in need of restoration – guide price £210,000;
  • Lot 54 – Marchwood, Leatherhead, Surrey – a four-bedroom detached house in need of updating – guide price £1.3m;
  • Lot 91 – Malden Hall, New Malden, London – a freehold student investment with 40 en-suite bedrooms. Fully let for the 2023/24 academic year. Investment let at £531,529 per annum – guide price £4.75m
  • Lot 89 – 81-87 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex – high-yielding retail investment opportunity producing £176,950 per annum. Currently let to Greggs, Boots, Cardzone and office tenants – guide price £1.75m;
  • Lot 18 – Durham Road, Raynes Park, London – a three-storey semi-detached building arranged as five self-contained flats plus a studio room – guide price £950,000;
  • Lot 17 – Sneyd Road, Cricklewood, London – a semi-detached house with a converted garage and scope for further extension – guide price £950,000.

This auction will be the first of two to be held in November, with the second sale on 21  November.
