The catalogue for Savills final sale of the year – which takes place on 14 December – was released today, with 137 properties up for sale.
The most expensive lot is Ajax Works in Barking, IG11, with a guide price of £4,000,000. The 0.9 acre multi-let industrial asset comprises a total gross internal area of approximately 18,249 sq ft and is let at £195,840 p.a.
Meanwhile, Elm Villa (pictured) in Cheltenham, is a Tudor Gothic-style Grade II listed six-bedroom detached house close to the town centre. It has a guide price of £890,000.
The Assembly, in Bristol is a freehold public house on a semi-pedestrianised high street in Bedminster with development potential (subject to the requisite consents), with a guide price £475,000.
Savills head of auctions Robin Howeson said: “Our final auction of the year follows our two successful sales in November which combined saw more than £60m of property sold and competitive bidding on well-priced stock.”
